Billings man Ricky Lee Henrichs, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia.
According to police reports and court records, Officer Michael Beechie Badge # 439 was sent to the 200 block of South 25th street area. Officer Beechie drove to the back alley and observed a blue passenger car sitting in that location. The Blue car was a LeSabre Buick which was parked in the alley way with just a male sitting in the driver’s seat.
Officer David Nienhuis Badge #445 also responded and assisted Officer Michael Beechie badge#439.

When Officer David Nienhuis arrived on the scene he observed a rifle in the front of the passenger seat of the vehicle. As Ricky Lee Henrichs stepped out of the vehicle, a glass loker was sitting in plain-view on the front seat. Both Officers observed the loker.
The loker had a white powder residue on it. Office Beechie ran the rifle serial number and figured out that the rifle was just a replica of a double barrel shot gun. Lol…. Officer David Nienhuis took Hendricks to the detention center for drug charges and the white powder was in fact Meth.
