Billings Man Ryan Michael Phillips who as of late has been basically a transient on the streets of Billings.
According to his father David Phillips he has allowed his son to stay once in a while at his home and his son Ryan Phillips has a key to the house.
On Feb 1, 2017 David Phillips accused his son Ryan Phillips of stealing his Stevens 555 model 12 gauge shotgun that he owned and he felt that his son was depriving him of his property.
Ryan Phillips texted his father David Phillips wanting a ride from away from the heights Walmart.
David Phillips went to Walmart to go pick his son up, but he could not find his son.
David returned home and noticed that he was missing his Stevens Model 555 shotgun which has a value of $600.00 The shotgun was in his bedroom closet.
Later, David learned that his Son had pawned the shotgun at Daddy O’s Pawn shop located at 1116 Central Ave
David Phillips lives at 1502 Lewis Ave #2 Worden Montana and the son is considered a transient and has no permanent home.
