Montana News Disclaimer: One of the most sacred principles in the American criminal justice system, holding that a defendant is innocent until proven guilty. Billing man Justin Allen Cleveland was arrested and charged with Partner Family Member Assault and Violation of a no contact order.
Back on January 24, 2018 Billings Police Officer Simpson was sent to the address of 310 3rd street West for what was described by 911-dispatch as a domestic abuse in progress.
According to the 911 dispatch recording, Dispatch advised Officer Simpson that a female and her three children were hiding in the house as she was abused and the suspect being her husband, Justin Allen Cleveland was threatening to kill his wife and was armed with a hammer.
Cleveland had already broke a window and then fled after he was aware that the police had been called.
When police arrived at the home, they entered the home and found Mrs. Cleveland trying to console her three children and calm them down.
Justin Allen Cleveland has an extensive criminal record for assaults in the past.
According to Court records, Cleveland was arrested several times for assaulting his wife in the past.
Cleveland’s wife stated that her husband had been back living with her for about a month.
She stated that Justin and her were attending counseling and church and were trying to give this marriage one last chance.
But because of this incident, she was finally not going to put up with the abuse any more.
The reason the argument started this time was that she had discovered that Justin was trying to obtain METH, and she confronted him.
Justin Cleveland became verbally abusive started screaming at her and called her a “fucking cunt” and a “little bitch” among other nasty demeaning names.
Justin Allen Cleveland’s criminal is as follows: District Court cases PFMA 2011, PFMA 2017 and two cases in Municipal Court CR2016-0863 PFMA and CR2017-0037 Violation of no contact order.
