Billings man Curtis Jeffery Montclair Arrested On Warrants and Charged With Possession Of METH.

Billings man Curtis Jeffery Montclair was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs. 


On December 25, 2017 Deputy Sennett observed a vehicle that was in front of his vehicle on State Ave. 


The green passenger car was displaying a suspended license plate.  

The plate had expired back on 12/2016 exactly one year ago.


The driver of the vehicle was Kim Kieger and he did not have any warrants.  The passenger who was Curtis Jeffrey Montclair had multiple valid warrants for his arrest. 


The accumulation of bonds on the warrants totaled to be $18,000.00


Once Montclair was taken to the YCDF the staff at the jail were able to locate a syringe containing a substance that field tested positive for METH.

The Case number isCR2017-2521 and police file number is #17-734155.
