Northern Hotel Robbed By Billings Man, 39-Year-Old Daniel Kenneth Baker

According to Sergeant Scott Conrad of the Billings Police Department, at approximately 8:09 pm on 11/20/2-17, officers were dispatched to the Northern Hotel regarding a robbery subject that approached the front counter and stated that he had a gun and demanded money from the clerk.

 

The clerk gave the robber money that was in her till and complied with the robbers demands.


According to witnesses and video camera footage, the subject was described as white male, 6 feet tall, slender and wearing a tan jacket and dark blue beanie.


Police Officers who were in the area were able to converged on the area and were able to find the alleged robber.   The robber was  arrested:  No one was injured in the arrest and no was was injured in the robbery.


The money that the Hotel clerk gave to the robber, was recovered and returned to the Hotel.

No gun was displayed during the robbery nor was there one found on the defendant.
