Billings Man Daniel Lee Peltier Charged With Possession Of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia

Billings man Daniel Lee Peltier was arrested and charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

According to a court hearing, Billings Police officer Schnelbach on Nov 22, 2017 at 5:p.m. was driving his marked patrol car near the intersection of North 13th and6th Ave north.

 

A man was riding his bicycle and disregarded the do not walk pe3destian signal at the cross section of the street.

 

Officer Schnelbach stopped the bicycle rider and identified the man as Daniel Lee Peltier.   Peltier had several warrants for his arrest.  During a pat down of Peltier, Peltier told the Officer that he would find a Loker in his pocket inside of his front shirt.

 

Peltier was taken to the YDCF Center where during the booking process detention staff located a marijuana pipe on the defendant.

 

Multiple baggies were located which had meth residue in them.  The baggies were found in the back of the police car that Peltier was being transported in.
