Traffic Accident Caused By Elderly Driver Not Stopping At Red Light

SUMMARY OF CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING INCIDENT: At approximately 1230 hours, Minot Police responded to an injury accident at the intersection of South Broadway and 20th Ave SW. The investigation revealed the vehicle traveling northbound, driven by Clinton Beeter, had disregarded a red light and struck the vehicle traveling eastbound, which was driven by Tabrina Rogge. All parties received medical attention on scene and Rogge was transported to Trinity E.R. for non-incapacitating injuries. Beeter was cited for Disregarding a Traffic Control Device (Red Light violation).
