The Following People Had Warrants Issued For Their Arrest

Alexandria Deborah LaForge  Case number CR-2017-2237  Bond was set at $2,000.00 and the warrant was for Failure To Appear:   Criminal Contempt In violation of 45-7-309

The Warrant was signed by Judge Richard Bowler. Docket #Cr-170-2017-0000057



**Sabrina Alberta Wagoner report# 17-730494, Docket#2017-2236.   Sabrina Wagoner is from Miles City Montana at the address of 1904 North Merriam.   Sabrina Wagoner on November 16, 2017 had a verbal argument with her husband when they were both in the vehicle.  Sabrina is accused of striking her husband multiple time in the face causing visible red marks on him.  Sabrina was arrested in the area of 3907 Old  Blue Creek Road


**Steven Cory Unger is under the Adult Probation and Parole status.  Case#CR-2017-2238.  According to the Probation Office, Steven Cory Unger was attempting to pay for sexual activities on 11/15/2017.     Charges are pending in District Court for prostitution.   According to his Probation case worker, Krystal Stevenson states that  Steven Unger was found to have in his possession of a naked woman on his cell phone.


Steven Unger was terminated from his sex treatment on 11/15/2017 and his cell phone had a camera and internet access which was not allowed as part of his sex treatment.

Judge Simonton, had a pending revocation our of Dawson County.  DOC#3016982.


**Billings man Titus Jarrod Brian had an arrest warrant issued for him for violation of a protective order which was his 2nd misd arrest.  In the warrant for his arrest, they have Titus Brian listed as living at 514 Andrick Ave BIllings, but further down in the warrant they have him listed as “Location of offense 541 Andrick Ave.”


Upon arrest Brian was sent for a mental health checkup and the Billings Clinic for a PAC evaluation.   Prior conviction back on 10/20/2015



**Billings woman Deana Louann Thomas had a bench warrant issued for her arrest case#CR-2017-2239   A petition was filed back on December 29 2016 in the Missoula County District Court for the violation of her probation.  Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Kirk Robbins Badge#223 was the arresting officer.


**Billings woman Beth Ann Bellrock who is listed as a transient had a bench warrant for her arrest for  Assautl With a Weapon.   Bellrock was picked up on a disturbance call that was made.   Multiple arrest warrants had been issued for her arrest and all of them were active.
