According to Lieutenant Jayson Zander Badge #745 of the Helena Police Department,
at 0106 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 10 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a female using a fake ID to enter a bar.
The female was located and her identity was confirmed as being a 19-year-old Helena woman. It was further learned there was a valid warrant for her arrest. The female was arrested and booked for the warrant, using a false ID, and underage possession of alcohol.
At 0107 hours, an Officer responded to the 1000 block of Warren for a report of a theft of belongings from a residence. The case is active.
At 0101 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Euclid and Park. The male driver demonstrated signs of impairment and was tested for DUI. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 28-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI and speeding. A subsequent search of the male’s vehicle revealed the location of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the LCSO jail on all four charges.
At 1028 hours, an Officer responded to the 1200 block of N Montana for a report for a theft from a vehicle.
At 1028 hours, Officers responded to the 10 block of S Rodney for a report of criminal mischief. It was reported a vehicle was keyed.
At 1009 hours, an Officer responded to the 400 block of N Park for a report of a domestic disturbance. There was no criminal offense applicable.
At 1415hours, Officers responded to the 500 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a physical altercation. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 45-year-old Helena area woman was cited for Assault. A 34-year-old Helena area man was also identified and it was confirmed he had a valid warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail. The woman was referred to Municipal Court.
At 1503 hours, an Officer responded to the600 block of Stuart for a report of a theft of a motorcycle. It was unknown how long the motorcycle had been missing. It was described as a 1978 Yamaha Enduro with Montana license plate 5C440.
At 1916 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of N Last Chance Gulch for a report of a theft of a wallet. The case is active.
