At 0200 hours, an Officer responded to the 1100 block of Hudson for a report of a theft of property from a vehicle.  A suspect description was provided.  The case is active.

 

At 0148 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Enterprise and National.  The male driver demonstrated signs of impairment.  The male driver was tested for DUI.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 21-year-old Helena man was arrested for DUI, Aggravated DUI, and no proof of insurance.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 0950 hours, an Officer responded to the 900 block of Camelot for a report of criminal mischief to a residence.  

 

At 0900 hours, an Officer responded to the 400 block of Park Ave for a report of a theft of a wallet.  The case is active. 

 

At 0947 hours, an Officer responded to the 700 block of Jackson for a report of a stolen cell phone.  Suspect information was provided.  The case is active. 

 

At 1027 hours, an Officer responded to the 1400 block of Peosta for a report of stolen property from a vehicle. 

 

At 1100 hours, an Officer responded to the 1600 block of Prospect for a report of a burglary to a business.  The case is active. 

 

At 1214 hours, an Officer responded to the 600 block of Helena Ave for a report of two separate people shoplifting from a business.  From the surveillance video, a female was identified.  A male was recognized from the area.  The 37-year-old Helena area female was located and cited for theft.  She was referred to municipal court.  The case is still active.         

 

At 1258 hours, an Officer responded to the1600 block of Chestnut for a report of a stolen vehicle.  It was reported a white 1995 Nissan pickup (license plate 5-71638A) was stolen.  The case is active. 

 

At 1421 hours, an Officer responded to the 1500 block of Cedar for a report of a theft of property from a vehicle. 

 

At 1357 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Oakes for a report of criminal mischief.  It was reported someone damaged newly poured concrete. 

 

At 1754 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a family disturbance.  It was determined nothing criminal occurred.

 

At 2219 hours, an Officer responded to the 10 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a theft of a purse.  The case is active.

 

At 2241 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Elm and Montana Ave.  the male driver demonstrated signs of impairment.  The male was tested for DUI.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 31-year-old Missoula man was arrested for DUI (2nd) and Aggravated DUI.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.
