Billings woman Michelle Annette Miller was charged with Criminal Possession Of Dangerous Drugs. According to Court records, On December 30, 2016 at 2:56 am Dispatch requested Deputy Burke to respond to the Coulson Park for a report of 3 males with a gun.
A 1994 white Cadillac was at the Coulson Park. The park is closed to the public after 11:00 p.m.
Sgt Lester and Deputy Burke considered this a high risk traffic stop.
A man by the name of Anthony Thompson also occupied the Cadillac. Sgt Lester asked Thompson if he could search the vehicle, Thompson agreed to the search and signed consent to search form.
Deputy Burke asked Michelle Annette Miller if a small black leather bag and a designer purse that was in the vehicle was hers. She stated to the Deputy that they were hers.
When the bag was searched a small glass pipe with what appeared to be white meth residue was found in the glass pipe. Miller stated that previously she had used the pipe to smoke meth in the day before.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy County Attorney Julie R. Patten.
