At 0230 hours, an Officer responded to the 1800 block of 11th Ave for a report of a male trespassing at a local business.  The 31-year-old Helena area man was identified and previously trespassed from this property.  He was cited for Trespassing and referred to Municipal Court. 

 

At 0902 hours, an Officer responded to the 900 block of Peosta for a report of a male going through mail boxes.  The male was not located.  The case is active. 

 

At 1150 hours, an Officer responded to the 900 block of N. Cooke for a report of a domestic disturbance.  An involved male left prior to Law Enforcement arriving.  The male was later located at a different location.  The 31-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner of Family Member Assault and booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 1021 hours, an Officer responded to the 10 block of Rodney for a report of a theft of property. 

 

At 1239 hours, an Officer responded to the 1700 block of Cedar for a report of fraudulent activity.  The case is active. 

 

At 1242 hours, an Officer responded to the 10 block of Starbuck Ct for a report of a physical altercation between and male/female.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 30-year-old Helena man was arrested for Strangulation of a Partner of Family Member.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 1422 hours, an Officer responded to the 2100 block of Villard Ave for a report of a trespass to property. 

 

At 1439 hours, an Officer responded to the Courthouse to assist Probation Officers with an absconder.  At the conclusion of the incident, a 50-year-old Helena man was arrested for Probation Violation, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, and Resisting Arrest.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.  

 

At 1845 hours, an Officer responded to the 10 block of S Davis for a report of a domestic disturbance.  No arrests were made. 

 

At 1945 hours, an Officer responded to the3100 block of N Montana Ave for a report of a shoplift that occurred.  A juvenile male was cited for theft and referred to Juvenile Probation.

 

At 1702 hours, an Officer met with a complainant in regards to a Restraining Order Violation that occurred earlier in the day at the Courthouse.  The case is active. 

 

At 2154 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of Davis for a report of an assault that occurred.  The suspect fled the scene and the case is active. 

 

At 2234 hours, an Officer responded to the 200 block of Northgate Loop for a report of a Family Disturbance.  No arrests were made. 

 

At 1921 hours, an Officer located a male at the 1700 block of 11th Ave with an active warrant for his arrest.  The 28-year-old  Phoenix Az man was arrested for the warrant.
