Florida Trucker Tagged For Operating In Excess Of Driving Hours Allowed In Yellowstone County.

Jacksonville Florida Trucker James Kenneth Bailey, ticketed for operating CMV after he had been placed on OOS.

 

According to ticket # 530-A128597-M, James Bailey was passing through Yellowstone County in his 2012 Freightliner conventional  trucker and was heading west bound and pulled over at the Pelican Truck Stop scale.   He had been placed on out-of-service for an hours-of-service violation.

 

In other words he had been driving on the Interstate roads for over the amount of hours that are allowed.   

 

The location was I-90 Frontage road 437.  Kevin Adkins was the ticketing Officer.

 

According to Officer Kevin Adkins James Bailey’s Dot number is 2413971 and the charge that he was charged for was for the violation of 49 CFR  395.13D1  V4453

 

The Florida Trucker is to appear in Billings Court on November 2, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in Justice Court.
