0041 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of Euclid for a report of a 10-year-old boy wandering the parking lot while his father was inside a casino gambling.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 56-year-old Helena man was cited for Endangering the welfare of a Child.  He was scheduled to appear in Municipal Court. 

 

At 0120 hours, an Officer responded to the 3100 block of Sanders for a report of a theft.  The investigation is active. 

 

At 0119 hours, an Office conducted a traffic stop at Davis and Breckenridge.  The driver demonstrated signs of impairment.  At the conclusion of the investigation a 28-year-old Jefferson City man was arrested forDUI, Aggravated DUI, Driving while being a Habitual Offender, driving with a revoked driver’s license, and a probation violation.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

 

At 0360 hours, an Officer responded to the 1800 block Custer for a report a shoplift that just occurred.  The investigation is active.

 

At 0551 hours, Officers responded to the 1600 block of 11th Ave for a report of criminal mischief to a building. 

 

At 0811 hours, an Officer responded to the 1000 block of Madison for a report of a theft.  It was reported property from a vehicle was stolen.

 

At 0812 hours, an Officer responded to the 600 block of Rodney for a report of a theft of belongings from a vehicle.  

 

At 0844 hours, an Officer responded to the 2000 block of Reber Rd for a report of a violation of a restraining order. The investigation is active. 

 

At 1013 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of Rodney for a report of a theft of belongings from a vehicle.

 

At 1321 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of 5th Ave for a report of a theft of belongings from a vehicle.  

 

At 1410 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of Fuller for a report of fraud.  The investigation is active. 

 

At 1426 hours, an Officer responded to the 2100 block of E. Custer for a report of a theft of a dog.  The investigation is active. 

 

At 1820 hours, an Officer responded to the 500 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a theft of a backpack. 

 

At 1836 hours, an Officer responded to the 1700 block of N. Cooke for a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.  The investigation is active. 

 

At 1827 hours, an Officer responded to the 3100 block of Queen Anns St for a report of a theft of mislaid property.
