Billings Man Bobby Joe Garcia  started a life of crime at an early age.    Today, Bobby Joe Garcia has finally earned his privilege to be placed in prison.

According to the Adult Probation and Parole and the Yellowstone County Detention Center, the DOC has placed a pick up and hold on Bobby Joe Garcia.

Garcia is a persistent felon who has been given chance after chance by the Probation and Parole, including various District Court Judges who just kept sentencing Bobby Joe Garcia to probation yet he would continue to commit crimes.

Each time he was placed on probation he would violate those very probation rules that kept him out.  Finally after (five (5) years of probation violations the system finally is sending him to prison.  .

In one crime then, 18-year-old Billings man Bobby Joe Garcia was charged in a shooting incident where he shot at a female family member.   This happened in 2012

Another crime was where Bobby Joe Garcia stole a black Impala vehicle from another youth at gun point.  The victim just got that vehicle for  his high school graduation.

Bobby Joe Garcia only got probation for that crime.

Another crime was where Bobby Joe Garcia Assaulted an individual with a deadly weapon.

Another crime was where Garcia failed to comply with a TRO order that was placed on him.

Before District Judge Gregory Todd  a plea agreement with prosecutors called for a pair of three-year deferred sentences for that case.

Yet in November of 2012 Bobby Joe Garcia was charged and found guilty of felony drug possession charges.  Once again he was put on probation for that crime.

In another case dating clear back to July 7, 2010 Enforcement code Officer Don Veggee, was parked in his City Code Enforcement truck down the street form 2nd Street South and the Corner of 36th Street South.

In this case Bobby Joe Garcia and (4) of his buddies attacked a minor youth who was out walking his miniature dog.

Bobby Joe Garcia attempted to hit the little dog with a bat then tried to spray gasoline on the minor youth and his little dog.

Billings Code Officer Don Veggee, was observing all of this down the street.

Veggee used his Code Enforcement pickup truck to make the attackers run and flee. Officer Cardillo also assisted.

Bobby Joe Garcia is a known Gang Banger "Norte"  and has a long history of committing crimes.  Bobby Joe Garcia went from Gang Banger to Drug Dealer to shooting at people with guns to Assaulting people on the street.

According to Court records, both City Court and District Court, their are still more crimes that Bobby Joe Garcia  Committed but only received probation for those crimes.

Finally, his crime spree is over for at least the next 20 years.
