Ada Oklahoma., Thursday June 8, 2017--//MNA Press--//-A father of 3 month old twins, a boy and a girl, attempted to drown the infant's on June 2, 2017.
The mother, Michelle Forrells was forced at knife point, along with her two infants, in the bathroom, where 27-year-old Leland Foster tried to murder his own children.
Foster is the estranged husband of Forells.
The mother Forells watched in horror, as the twin infants were being held under the water in the bathtub.
A 12 year old sibling of the infants, heard the commotion coming from the bathroom, ran out of the house and summons the assistance from neighbor, Cash Freeman.
Mr Freeman grabbed his weapon, entered into the home, where he found his way to the bathroom and shot Foster in the back, which caused his demise.
It is not known whether Foster had knowledge of whether the infant's older 12 yr old sibling was in the home at the time.
This little girls heroic act of bravery saved the life of both infants, as well as the mother Forrells, and possiblly her own life.
The neighbor, Mr Freeman, who shot Foster, has been questioned and released.
He lives in fear that he will have to deal with the ramifications of shooting Foster. The District Attorney could pursue unjustifiable homicide. But Pressure from the Public is mounting in favor of Mr. Freeman. Freeman saved the infants from certain death by having to shoot their father to death.
He is being hailed as a hero online. The public feels that he should not be held accountable for Foster's death.
As for the infants, they were treated, released and are doing great, says the mother.
