Missoula man Stacey David Baier was arrested and charged with Partner Family Member Assault 2nd offense which is a Misdemeanor. According to a Court hearing On April 1, 2017 Stacey David Baier knowingly hurt his wife when he put her in a headlock and pushed her head into the bed. According to Court records, Stacey Baier has another outstanding PFMA Assault charge out of the Missoula City Court.
Missoula Deputies Stacy, Terrill and Beatty were the Deputies that responded to a report of a disturbance. Upon arriving at the scene, Stacey David Baier told the Deputies that he and his wife got into a fight and he needed them to respond.
According to Stacey Baier, his wife had picked up a Xbox cord and was swinging it around, breaking their TV in their camper.
When the Deputies talked to Mrs. Baier, she told them that Stacey and she were fighting because she was having an affair.
The argument started in the camper and Stacey Baier would not let her go to the bathroom. She stated that suddenly a physical altercation erupted and she was thrown down on the bed, head first.
At some point in the fight she was placed in a headlock.
She did admit to the deputies that she did take the Xbox cord above her head as if she was going to hit Stacey with it. When she did this, it accidently hit the TV screen breaking the glass.
The Deputies observed multiple redness and abrasions on Mrs. Baeir including swelling of her right hand.
Once the deputies were able to pull Stacey David Baier aside, they were able to ascertain that there were no injuries to Stacey David Baier despite the claims that Stacey gave. When the Officers ran a NCIC report on Stacey David Baier, they learned that Stacey David Baier had an outstanding warrant for yet another PFMA case that was in the Missoula City Court.
The Officers arrested Stacey David Baier without incident and transported him to jail. Once in the jail Stacey agreed to a BAC test which revealed that he had a.316%
