Billings Probation Officer Toman L. “Toby” Baukema, Requesting Court Tighten Hold On Dallas Kramer

Billings Montana --//MNA press//-- Billings man Dallas Kramer was arrested on Saturday, 03/18/2017 at about 4:30 p.m. in Carbon County.  He was transferred to Yellowstone County Detention Center.  

 

  Dallas Kramer was already in a revocation status and was out on bond.   According to Dallas Kramer’s Probation Officer Toman L. “Toby” Baukema,  Baukema is requesting that Dallas Kramer be placed on the District Court docket for 3/21/17.

 

While Kramer was being arrested, Carbon County Deputies located underneath his seat drugs which will create new felony drug charges to be forthcoming according to Kramer’s Probation Officer Toman L. “Toby” Baukema. 

 

However the Carbon County Deputies are waiting for lab results before they file any formal charges against Dallas Kramer.  But, Probation Officer Toman L. “Toby” Baukema, wants to have Kramer jailed for up to a 72 hour investigative hold before Deputies have Lab durg test back from the state lab.

 

Probation Officer Toman L. “Toby” Baukema, indicates that due to Dallas Kramer’s past criminal “history of absconding supervision”leaving the state without permission and several recent UA’s that  were dirty and tested for Meth, Toman L. “Toby” Baukema feels that the likelihood of Kramer being charged with a new felony is very high and Toman L. “Toby” Baukema, is asking the court to have the bond set at $50,000.00 consecutive to any other previously posted bond.  Toman L. “Toby” Baukema will provide more informatiowithin the required 10 days.  This case# is CR-17-563
