For date of 02-27-17

 

1135 hours-An officer investigated a criminal mischief that occurred in the 1100 block of 11th Ave.

 

1622 hours-An officer investigated an identity theft that occurred in the 300 block of N Warren.

 

1645 hours-Officers responded to the 600 block of S. Sanders for a report of a Family Disturbance.

 

 

1757 hours-An officer investigated the theft of a cell phone that occurred in the 500 block of Logan.

 

2119 hours-An officer responded to the 1400 block of Euclid for a report of an intoxicated driver.  At the conclusion of the investigation, Kristian K. Casman, 39, of Helena, was arrested and charged with DUI-5th Offense, Revoked Driver's License and No Insurance.  

 

2127 hours-An officer responded to the 100 block of N Rodney for a report of a burglary.  During investigation of that case, contact was made with Bradley E. Bahner, 46, of Helena.  Bahner was subsequently arrested for a probation violation.  

 

2219 hours-Officers responded to the Highway 12 and Carter Drive to assist Montana Highway Patrol in locating a suspect in the hit and run accident.   Contact was made with Wilfred J. Gladue, 39, of Helena, who was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

 

02-28-16

 

0033 hours-Officers responded to the 1900 block of Townsend for a report of suspicious activity.   At the conclusion of the investigation,  Trenton R. Hiler, 20, of Helena, and Anna M. Smith, 30, of Helena, was arrested for outstanding warrants.

 

0120 hours-Officers responded to th 1100 block of Euclid Ave for a report of a disorderly female.   At the conclusion of the investigation, Ann S. Duiker, 29 of Helena was arrested and charged with DUI, 1st Offense.
