According to Lieutenant Jayson Zander Badge #745; At 0105 hours, an Officer stopped near the intersection of Montana and Helena to assist a stranded motorist. One of the males in the vehicle was identified as Helena resident Andrew Witham. It was discovered Andrew has a valid warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.

At 0530 hours, an Officer responded to the 10 block of W. 6th Ave for a report of an intoxicated male passed out in the hallway. The male was located and identified as Helena area resident Brian Decker (32 years old). Brian was arrested for a Probation Violation and booked into the LCSO jail.

At 0844 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of Argyle for a report of a theft of belongings from a motor vehicle. It was reported the theft occurred on 2-1-17.

At 0858 hours, an Officer responded to the 1200 block of Knight of a report of a Juvenile pulling the fire alarm pull station. The juvenile was located and cited for Disorderly Conduct.

At 1303 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 2300 block of Colonial for a report of a theft from a local business. The investigation is on-going.

At 1542 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the area of Warren and 7th Ave for a report of Criminal Mischief. It was reported a window was broken out of a vehicle.

At 1604 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 1400 block of Sanders for a report of a no-contact order violation. At the conclusion of the investigation, Officers located and arrested Helena resident Sean-Paul Wines (27 years old) for violation of a no-contact order and resisting arrest.

At 1751 hours, an Officer responded to the 1300 block of Warehouse for a report of a juvenile out of control and damaging property. The juvenile was cited for Criminal Mischief.

At 1923 hours, an Officer responded to the area of Park and Broadway for a report of an intoxicated male disrupting traffic by yelling at and spitting on cars. The male was located and identified as Helena area resident Leslie Casem (49 years old). Casem was arrested for a Probation Violation and 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct. He was booked into the LCSO jail.

At 2131 hours, an Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of N Last Chance Gulch for a report of an assault. It was reported a male punched a female patron and left the scene. Officers located the suspect, identified as Helena resident Emil Longneck (58 years old). He was cited for Assault and scheduled into Municipal Court.

Helena Police Officers responded to 92 calls for service. Of those calls, they responded to 5 crashes, 5 welfare checks, 10 suspicious circumstance calls, and 5 assist calls.
