Billings man Justin Daniel Jovino Arrested At Toyota Dealership for multiple Charges Including Meth and Heroin Possession

Billings Police Officer Haider responded to the 911 call.   Officer Haider located the individual.  The suspicious person ran from Officer Haider,


Once the individual was apprehended by Officer Haider, he was I.D. as Justin Daniel Jovino.  Justin Jovino immediately told the Officers that he had Meth and Heroin in his pockets. 


  Billings Police Officer Weston when through the pockets of Justin Jovino and was able to locate the drugs which after being field tested were positive for .6 grams of Meth and 1.2 grams of Heroin.


Jovino admitted to the Officers that he had stolen keys from the Toyota dealership and that he had a Toyota Key fob and also a Nissan Key fob.


According to Court records, Justin Jovino had in his backpack a loaded firearm and additional rounds on his person at the time of his arrest.
