Russell Jack McGregor Arrested For Meth Use In The Bourbon Street Tower In Billings

Billings Montana, --//MNA Press//-- A concerned individual called the 911 comm. center to report suspicious activity of possible prostitution going on in a room at the Bourbon Street Tower.

 

The Bourbon Street Hotel has a history of Police being called to that business establishment on a constant basis.    In this case 911 caller stated that there is lot of traffic in and out of a particular room, with a steady stream of girls coming in and out.

 

Billings Police Officer, Sanders responded to the call, once arriving at the Bourbon Street Tower the Officer observed two males and two females.  One male and one female were identified as minors. 

The names of the minors will not be released in this news article.

 

However, there was an adult female identified as Larissa Scott who had an outstanding warrant for her arrest and she was subsequently placed under arrest.  The Male adult was identified as Russell Jack McGregor.

 

Billings Police Officer asked to search the room and Russell McGregor gave permission for the room to be searched.   In the search, Officer Sanders discovered a burned straw that was consistent with straws that are used for Meth use.

 

In Russell’s backpack, two 1cc syringes were located.  Each of these syringes had meth fluid in them and a field test tested positive for Methamphetamine substance.

 

According to Court documents, Russell Jack McGregor has a history of drug use and has a history of renting hotel rooms to share meth with other individuals and a history of possession of Meth and syringe use according to court records.  Russell McGregor was arrested without incident.
