Billings Montana June 19, 2017--//MNA Press//-- Billings Woman Lisa Hammond reported to the Billings Police Department that her friend was a victim of abuse and possible assault.
Lisa Hammond reported that the victim (P.K.) works at the address of 1643 Lewis Avenue and that her friend was afraid to call the Police Department from her home so she came to the office to have Lisa Hammond contact the Billings Police department on her behalf.
Billings Police Officer Solorio, Beechie and Kaiser were the Police Officers that handled this case.
According to the victim that goes by the initials of (P.K.), her boy friend John William Lucero Jr. have been dating for about (5) years and of those (5) years she has experienced a physical, mental and verbal abuse most of the (5) years that they have been in a relationship.
According to court records, the victim (P.K.) got up and cooked breakfast for John Lucero Jr. on Saturday morning January 14, 2017.
John tasted the food and became angry that the food was cold then raised his hand to hit the victim and instead forcibly shoved her.
John then went back to sleep and took a short nap. Upon awakening, he was visibly angry and threatened (P.K.) by picking up the living room coffee table and holding it over the head of the victim (P.K.) and verbally threatened her stating, I’m going to smash your brains.”
P.K.’s daughter knocked on the door and P.K. left with her daughter whose initials are (M.B.) the mother and daughter stayed together until Jan 16, 2017 as she was scared to stay at the same place that John Lucero resides at.
According to court records, John Lucero Jr. already has two prior convictions for Partner Family Member Assault in 1998 and 2001.
John William Lucero Jr. was charged with Partner Family Member Assault and Assault with a Weapon.
