Billings Montana Jan 5, 2017--//MNA Press//--Billings woman Debra Renee Rahn was arrested and charged for DUI and driving without insurance.

According to a Court hearing on Oct 13, 2016 MPH Trooper Kirk Robbins  was given a dispatch call to respond to a motor vehicle crash involving injury on highway 310.

As Trooper Robbins pulled up on the scene of the crash, he observed a Dodge Ram pickup that had rear-end damage and was sitting on the shoulder of the northbound lane.

The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was a Blazer.   The diver of the Blazer was intoxicated and was dazed and confused and speech was very slurred.

Robbins was taken to St. Vincent Hospital by ambulance.   Trooper Robbins continued his investigation at the hospital where Rahn was admitted to.

Debra Rahn told the Trooper that  Kenneth Lloyd slammed on his brakes and she collided with him.  She stated that she was looking down when the impact occurred.

Debra Rahn then told the Trooper that she “had a little bit to drink today.”

Rahn then indicated to the Trooper that she did not have insurance on the vehicle that she was driving.
