According to Sergeant Matt Lennick of the Billings Police Department on November 21, 2016 at approximately 1808 hours, Officers responded to the area of the 900 block of Yellowstone River Road for a two vehicle crash.
The investigation determined vehicle one was traveling north bound on Yellowstone River Road, driven by a 51 year old female.
Vehicle 2 was traveling south on Yellowstone River Road driven by a 59 year old male. Vehicle 1 swerved out of the north bound lane and into the southbound lane.
Vehicle 2 attempted to swerve out of the way of vehicle one by going into the north bound lane. Vehicle 1 corrected and came back into the northbound lane colliding with vehicle 2. No injuries were reported on scene and both vehicle were towed due to damage. Alcohol was believed to be a factor and the driver of vehicle 1 was arrested for DUI.
