According to a First Petition To The Court Upon Defendant’s Violation, Noel Frances Pelletier failed to comply with the provision set out before him regarding the 24/7 program.
According to the Violation which took place on October 8, 2016 the State is now asking that his suspended or deferred sentence of the Court be revoked and that Pelletier be brought before the Court on a Bench Warrant to answer the petition to revoke his probation.
The ticket# TK-16-4018 shows that he failed a PBT 1st time showing .033 at 2046 and the second showed .025 PBT at 2107hrs.
