Minot Central Dispatch is currently experiencing issues with the 9-1-1 system. Any calls made from a landline or SRT based cellphone are temporarily not able to communicate with the dispatch center. Maintenance crews are in route to fix the problem.
The administrative line of 852-0111, and most cell phone 9-1-1 calls are still functioning as normal. As this problem is worked out, the public will updated.
