0045 hours-1500 block of Lewis Street-Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance.   At the conclusion of the investigation,  Reginald B. Hayes, 53, of Helena, was arrested for partner family member assault, 3rd offense (felony), obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest.

 

1126 hours-1200 block of Euclid-An officer investigated a Forgery. 

 

1204 hours-2700 block of Billings-Officers responded to a report of a disorderly male.

 

1322 hours-1500 block of Broadwater Circle-An officer investigated the theft of a bicycle.

 

1350 hours-100 Valley Drive-A School Resource Officer responded to a reported criminal mischief.

 

1341 hours-500 block of Last Chance Gulch-Ezekial Z. Ward, 36, of Helena was arrested on several outstanding warrants out of Helena Municipal Court.

 

1441 hours-1000 block of Cedarwood-An officer investigated the theft of a ring.

 

1444 hours-1900 block of Custer-Officers arrested Jonathan R. Johnson, 19, of Helena for an outstanding warrant from Lewis and Clark County Justice Court for Partner Family Member assault.

 

2134 hours-3100 block of Highway 12 East-An officer investigated a criminal mischief to a vehicle.  

 

0525 hours-1200 block of Prospect-Officers responded to a report of an individual passed out in a vehicle.   At the conclusion of the investigation, Marcel K. Armstead, 25 of Helena was arrested for 1st Offense DUI. 

 

0715 hours-200 block of Brookfield-An officer contacted a victim who wanted to report a  theft from a motor vehicle.   It was reported a pistol and prescribed medication were taken from the vehicle. 

 

0743 hours-1800 block of Joslyn-An officer responded to a report of a theft of a bike.  The bike is described as a blue and white Genesis mountain bike.

 

1119 hours-200 block of Springfield Drive-An officer contacted a victim who reported a burglary to his garage.   It was reported a rifle was stolen in the burglary.

 

1156 hours-11th and Montana-An officer observed a vehicle with a license plate on it that had been reported stolen.  At the conclusion of the investigation, Thomas C. Whitten, 52 of Helena, was cited with two counts of possession of stolen property, driving while suspended, no Insurance, and fictitious license plates.  He was released at the scene.  

 

1246 hours-1400 block of Aspen-Officers arrested Brian F. Gar, 33; and Marcus A. Richter, 36, of Helena, on outstanding arrest warrants.

 

1323 hours-3200 block Highway 12 East-Officers responded to a report domestic disturbance.   At the conclusion of the investigation. Joseph M. Beckman, 31, of Helena, was arrested for Assault with a Weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

 

1427 hours-2400 block of Tracy Drive-An officer responded to a report of a criminal mischief to a vehicle. 

 

1646 hours-800 block of N Cooke-An officer investigated a order of protection violation.

 

1826 hours-300 block of N Davis-An officer investigated a reported criminal mischief.

 

1928 hours-3000 block of Villard-An officer investigated a theft of a license plate.

 

1944 hours-700 block of 11th Ave-Officers responded to a reported family disturbance.

 

2056 hours-600 block of Last Chance Gulch-An officer arrested Jason D. Kelly 38, of Helena, for an outstanding arrest warrant.

0202 hours-1300 block of Phoenix-Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation.   At the conclusion of the investigation, Joshua E. Morris, 38, of Helena was arrested for PFMA, 1st Offense.
