Billings 15-Year-Old Female Hits 14-Year-Old Male In School Bus Loading Zone

According to Sergeant Nate West of the Billings Police Department, on September 13, 2016 at approximately 1111 hours, Police Officers responded to Billings West High School located at 2201 St Johns  Ave for an accident with injury.

 

A 1998 Chevrolet Blazer was parked in the school bus loading area in front of the school, off of St Johns.

 

A 14 -year-old male passenger exited the Blazer.  While he was exiting the vehicle the youth was struck by a 2003 Nissan Maxima that was passing the parked Blazer.

 

The Nissan was driven by a 15-year-old female.

 

The 14-year-old male passenger was transported to Billings Clinic by ambulance due to injuries he sustained from the accident.

 

The injuries did not appear to be life threatening.

 

There have been no citations issued at this time, the accident remains under investigation.
