0917 hours-800 block of N Fee-Robert H. Jefferson, 32, of Helena was arrested for two outstanding arrest warrants.

 

1429 hours-1800 block of Lamborn-An officer investigated a burglary to a shop.  

 

1519 hours-300 block of Fuller-An officer investigated a check forgery.

 

1755 hours-1000 block of Hannaford-Officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance.   At the conclusion of the investigation Kama K. Kallevig, 26 of Helena was arrested for Partner Family Member Assault.

 

2044 hours-1100 block of Choteau-Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.  At the conclusion of the investigation Danette G. Vanluchene, 46,  of Helena was arrested for Partner Family Member Assault.

 

2048 hours-1600 block of Warehouse-Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.  At the conclusion of the investigation Nicholas A. Fisher, 24 of Helena was arrested for Partner Family Member Assault.

 

2156 hours-Montana Railroad Crossing-Officers responded to a reported vehicle v. train accident.   Investigation revealed a 1998 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by 56 year old female from Helena  was southbound on Montana Ave.   The driver of the vehicle may have experienced a medical emergency.  The vehicle entered the railroad crossing against the closed arms and flashing lights and struck the westbound train.   The driver of the vehicle was transported by a private party to St. Peter's Hospital where she was treated for what appeared to be non life-threatening injuries.    

 

2203 hours-1800 block of Phoenix-Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance.  At the conclusion of the investigation Dakota Q. Kroll-McLaughlin, 20, of Helena was arrested for Partner Family Member Assault.

 

2357 hours-10 block of N Last Chance Gulch-Officers responded to a welfare check on a male that appeared to be passed out.   At the conclusion of the check, Kyle G. Verley, 23, of Helena was arrested for outstanding warrants.

0328 hours-1400 block of Euclid-Officers responded to a reported theft of beer.
