Parking in Minot’s Downtown is about to become more abundant upon the completion of the second
parking structure near Main Street. The Central Parking Ramp on 1st street and Central Avenue will
open Thursday May 26th at 1pm following a celebratory ribbon cutting.
For Minot’s City Manager, Lee Staab, the opening of the second of two structures is a “welcome sign of the great things to come in
the heart of the city.”
While the public is encouraged to use the structures to help find parking in a vibrant downtown
market, the developers will continue to erect the upper level of the structures to add apartments in
the near future.
The Ribbon Cutting is open to all and interviews will be given following the ceremony.
