Billings Man Stabbed Multiple Times

TYPE OF INCIDENT: Assault w/Weapon (Stabbing) 

Case Number: 16-28486

 According to Lt. Shawn Mayo of the Billings Police Patrol Division , he states that on May 7, 2016 at 0239 hrs Billings Police were called to 223 North 19th street for a reported 911 call of a stabbing.


According to witnesses, two males were involved in a verbal argument which at some point and time  turned ugly and ended up as a physical fight.


During the physical fight one male  pulled out a knife and began to stabb multiple times the other man in his torso area.


Suspect fled the scene on foot, while several witnesses rendered aid to the stabbed victim.


Suspect is described as White male, 5’10”- 6’, 180lbs, long brown hair with a goatee.



 Lt. Mayo states that the victim, also a white male.  The victim  was treated at Billings Clinic, and is in stable condition.  currently  Investigation is ongoing.
