Billings, Montana April 12, 2016--//mna press//-- Local man 44-year-old Patrick Neiss was sentenced yesterday for shooting and kill 47-year-old Frank Greene.
Patrick Neiss was sentenced to 110 years in the Montana State Prison by Judge Gregory Todd in District Court.
Judge Todd in handing down the sentenced seemed disturbed when he stated to Neiss, “ These Charges are not just Homicide, but they are shooting a man three times, and shooting the man in the back of the head,” Judge Todd Stated.
The criminal case against Neiss has been ongoing for three years dating back to March of 2013. Neiss was given an added 10 years under a weapon enhancement law. It really does not matter adding the extra ten years since basically this was a life sentence in reality not wording.
Patrick Neiss is a persistent felon and has a long criminal history according to Court records.
Patrick Neiss spoke at his sentencing once again indicating that he is innocent and that he blamed the Court for taking or “Stealing his life.” A long time feud between Patrick Neiss and Frank Greene has been ongoing over the years according to Court testimony.
The feud ended over what was described in open Court testimony as, “Green stealing stole my Motor.” Stated, Patrick Neiss. Patrick Neiss shot and killed Greene by shooting him three times with the third shot to the back of Greene’s head.
Neiss has no chance of getting out of prison alive since he is currently 45 now and the sentence is basically a life sentence.
