According to Sergeant Nathan West of the Billings Police Department, on South 24th Street West and Mondad road, a Personal Injury accident took place involving a 2006 infinity sedan and a 2004 GMC.
a 29-year-old female was driving the 2006 Infinity sedan along with a 7-year-old passenger who was riding in the fron passenger seat. A 41 Year-old male was driving the 2004 GMC.
According to the police report, the 2006 infinity was traveling North bound on 24th Street West. The 2004 GMC was attempting to turn left on to Monad road. Both vehicles entered the intersection at the same time and collided with each other as the Infinity intended to continue straight on 24th street and the GMC intended on turning left.
Both the driver and the passenger of the 2006 Infinity sedan, were taken to Billings Clinic by ambulance due to minor injuries. Due to the high sustained damaged to both vehicles, the vehicles had to be towed away from the crash scene. As of the publishing of this news article, nocitations have been issued to either driver at this time. According to the Police Department an investigation is on going as to who's fault was the accident.
