On 03/22/16 at 0108 hours, Officers responded to the 100 block of Rodney for a report of an assault that had occurred.  At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that this was a false report.

 

On 03/22/16 at 0704 hours, Officers responded to the Cloverview area for a report of a burglary that had occurred.  The complainant advised that their vehicle was also taken.  The vehicle was located later.  The case is active.

 

On 03/22/16 at 0937 hours, a School Resource Officer responded to a school for a report of an assault.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a juvenile was cited for assault and released to a guardian.

 

On 03/22/16 at 1118 hours, a complainant called advising they had located a found bicycle outside their residence.  The bicycle was placed in evidence for safekeeping.

 

On 03/22/16 at 1247 hours, an Officer responded to the 1100 block of Rodney for a report of a disorderly male.  The Officer was unable to locate the male but has suspect information and the case is active.

 

On 03/22/16 at 1311 hours, a School Resource Officer responded to a local school for a report of individuals in possession of dangerous drugs.  At the conclusion of the investigation, two juveniles were cited for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.  They were released to a guardian.

 

On 03/22/16 at 1416 hours, an Officer responded to the 1600 block of 11th Avenue for a report of an individual on probation who was possibly in possession of dangerous drugs.  At the conclusion of the investigation, Stephan Pennington (23 yoa) was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation.

 

On 03/22/16 at 1909 hours, an Officer responded to the 800 block of Amethyst for a report of a theft that had occurred a few days prior.  There is suspect information and the case is active.

 

On 03/22/16 at 2225 hours, Officers received a report of a possibly intoxicated driver who had two children in the vehicle.  Officers were able to locate the vehicle and at the conclusion of the investigation, Torin Hiles (30 yoa) was arrested for DUI 2nd offense, aggravated DUI (for second offense and having small children in vehicle), and Criminal Child Endangerment.

 

On 03/22/16 at 2312 hours, Officers responded to the 2100 block of 11th Avenue for a report of a theft.  There is suspect information and the case is active.
