According to Sergeant Scott Conrad of the Billings Police Department, on March 18th, 2016, at approx. 2115 hours, Billings Department officers were dispatched to an accident at Main Street and Sioux Lane.
The driver of a 2014 Nissan Versa was northbound on Main Street when the driver of a 2001 Nissan Sequoia drove across Main Street/Sioux Lane failing to yield the right of way to the Versa.
A significant impact occurred and the two passengers in the Versa were transported to the hospital for minor injuries. The driver of the Sequoia was investigated and charged with: Criminal Endangerment (Felony) DUI (Misdemeanor) Charged driver info: Rebecca Armstrong Born 6/3/74
