TWO BILLINGS BUSINESSES ROBBED AT GUN POINT

Incident: 3 Robberies with Arrest of Eddie William Everhart.

On 10/14/12, the following Robberies took place within 15-20 minutes:

According to Sergeant Scott Conrad, at approx 1700 hours, a male (White/Male-short (approx 51), heavy set and balding. Wearing a grey sweatpants and sweatshirt. ) entered the Dairy Queen at 3220 Henesta and displayed a black handgun. The employee, in fear, fled to the back of the store and the suspect left without any money taken in the attempted Robbery.

At approx 1710 hours, the same male walked into Versa Tan located at 3210 Henesta Suite B, and displayed a black handgun and demanded money. The employee complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

At approx 1715 hours, Pie Guys Pizzeria located at 3189 King Ave West, was robbed at gunpoint by the same male and he fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Officers converged on the area and the suspect was found running in the residential area of the 3100 block of Henesta. Officers Matt Lennick, Andrew Sanders and James Ward pursued the suspect on foot and were able to apprehend him without incident. The cash taken and gun used in the Robberies were recovered.
Subject arrested and charged with (3) counts of Robbery.
