BILLINGS POLICE SAY "POSSIBLE SHOOTING" AT LAZY KT MOTEL

LOCATION: Lazy KT 1403 1st Avenue North

On 10/3/2011 at approximately 2155 hours officers were dispatched to the Lazy KT Motel at 1403 1st Avenue North for a possible shooting. The information received was that a silver passenger car left west bound on 1st Avenue North with a possible victim. A second white passenger car also left the area westbound. It was reported by a possible witness that a subject may have been pepper sprayed. The hospitals were notified and no victims or vehicle have been located. The matter is still under investigation.
